Why Las Vegas brands come to us for this

  • Named concept angles built from booth conversations and support tickets, then produced in enough volume to test properly
  • Show-week capture plan for CES, MAGIC, SHOT Show or Cosmoprof, briefed to convention hall filming and lighting constraints
  • Repeatable catalogue standard across thousands of supplier SKUs: consistent angles, scale references and colour accuracy
  • Demonstration-led video for gear and equipment, where the product being used outperforms the product being posed
  • One-of-one memorabilia photographed for provenance and honest condition, including the flaws, to keep returns down

Two very different creative problems live in this city and they need different production lines. A consumer brand — fight gear, an Arts District label, collectibles — needs a monthly volume of genuinely distinct ad concepts, because Meta and TikTok decide distribution and the only lever you hold is the idea. A supplier catalogue needs something else entirely: consistent, accurate, well-lit product imagery across thousands of SKUs, shot to a repeatable standard so a buyer comparing two glasses is comparing the glasses and not the lighting.

For the ad side we work from evidence rather than mood boards. Reviews, support tickets, the questions your booth staff answer forty times a show — those become named angles, and the angles become concepts, and the concepts get shipped in enough volume that the auction has something to choose between. Demonstration content carries hard in equipment and gear categories: the glove taking a real round, the case being loaded, the fixture actually installed. Studio-perfect stills rarely beat footage of the thing being used.

For catalogue work the discipline is the boring kind that compounds. A shot list per product type, consistent angles and scale references, a colour-accurate setup so the navy uniform is the navy that arrives, and detail crops for the specifications buyers zoom into. Where a product is one-of-one — memorabilia, signed pieces, single-quantity collectibles — the standard changes again: provenance visible, condition honest, flaws photographed rather than hidden, because the return you avoid is worth more than the sale you flatter.

Local context

The show floor is the best content shoot you are already paying for

Most exhibitors spend heavily to be at CES, MAGIC, SHOT Show or Cosmoprof and come home with a handful of phone photos. That week is the densest concentration of usable content in your year: your product in front of real buyers, demonstrations you are performing anyway, testimonial-ready reactions, competitor context and every question your category attracts asked out loud in one place. We plan a capture list before the doors open so someone is deliberately collecting hero footage, demo takes and short reaction clips rather than hoping. There are practical local constraints worth knowing — convention halls have their own filming and photography rules, and lighting on a stand is unforgiving — so we brief for a shot list that survives those conditions. Outside the halls, the harsh desert light that ruins midday exterior shooting for most of the year is genuinely useful at the edges of the day, which is why local production schedules run early and late rather than fighting the middle.

What Creative & Content includes

The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Las Vegas brand’s realities.

Full service detail
01

Creative Strategy & Concepting

Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.

02

Monthly Ad Creative Volume

Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.

03

UGC & Creator Sourcing

Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.

04

Product & Lifestyle Photography

Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.

05

Store Content & Copy

Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.

06

Creative Performance Reporting

Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.

Scoped and quoted for your Las Vegas store

We do not work off a rate card. Every Las Vegas engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.

How it runs

From kickoff to results

01

Voice-of-Customer Mining

We read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.

02

Angle Development

Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.

03

Production

Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.

04

Test & Learn

Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.

05

Iterate the Winners

Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.

In their words

Clients on this work

-24% cost per acquisition

“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”

FAQ

Creative & Content in Las Vegas — your questions

Yes, and it is one of the highest-value production windows you have. The important part is planning: a written capture list, someone whose only job that day is shooting, and permission handled in advance because convention venues and organisers have their own filming rules and neighbouring exhibitors have not consented to appear in your ads. We brief the list around what you actually need — demo takes, hero angles, short reactions — rather than general atmosphere footage nobody uses.

By templating it. We define shot types per product category, lock a lighting and angle setup, and shoot in batches against a naming convention that maps straight into your Shopify import. The cost per SKU falls sharply once the setup is fixed, and the consistency itself lifts conversion because buyers comparing two items in a grid are no longer distracted by inconsistent scale and colour.

Demonstration and specificity. Footage of equipment under genuine use, sizing and weight-class guidance delivered by someone credible, durability shown rather than claimed, and athlete or coach voices explaining why one spec suits one use. Aspirational lifestyle content underperforms here because the buyer is technical and knows the difference. Discount-led creative works once and then teaches the audience to wait for the next one.

Both, depending on what the work needs. Our office is in Albuquerque and much of the production and post is handled remotely with creators and product shipped to a studio setup. For show-week capture and for large-format items that cannot practically travel, we travel or source local crew and direct the shoot to the brief. We are straightforward about which model a project needs before it starts.

At $50,000 monthly spend, twenty to thirty tested assets is a sensible floor. Above $200,000 you want forty or more. The right number is whatever keeps a fresh concept entering testing before the current winner fatigues, which is typically every ten to fourteen days.

Both, and they do different jobs. Studio work covers PDP imagery, hero assets and anything needing controlled lighting or brand consistency. Creator content covers testimonial, demo and unboxing formats where polish actually reduces performance.

Yes, and we will flag where they conflict with performance. Guidelines written for print and packaging often forbid the text density and hook framing that in-feed video needs. We usually agree a documented paid-media extension of the brand system in week one.
