Working with us
We don't publish a rate card, because a 300-SKU apparel rebuild and a Magento-to-Plus move with ERP integration and B2B configuration are not the same project. What moves the number is catalog size, integration count, how much custom checkout logic you need, and how clean the data is coming out of the old platform. The Growth Audit produces the scope, and the scope produces a fixed-price statement of work with a milestone schedule. That figure doesn't change unless you change the scope, and any change goes through a written change order before anyone bills for it.
Every retainer is scoped and quoted individually after the audit, against deliverables you've read and agreed to — never as a percentage of ad spend, because that pays us to spend more of your money instead of making more of it. What sets the number is how many services are running, the cadence of work inside each one, and how much of the build we're maintaining. A store running Klaviyo and CRO is a different commitment from one running Klaviyo, CRO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO together. You'll see the scope, the deliverables and the monthly cadence in writing before you see a figure. Retainers run a three-month initial term, then month-to-month.
Because free audits are sales documents and everyone knows it. Ours is fixed-fee, takes two weeks, and returns a 40-60 page findings document with a revenue-scored backlog and a 90-day roadmap you can hand to any agency or your own team. If you hire us, the full fee is credited against your first three months. Roughly a third of audit clients fix the top items themselves and come back later, which is a perfectly good outcome.
For CRO, yes — around 40,000 sessions and 800 orders a month, or roughly $150k in monthly revenue. Below that, tests take months to reach significance and you'd be paying us to watch noise. Build, migration and Klaviyo work has no traffic floor; a smaller list responds to better flows just as well. If you're under the line for testing, we'll tell you which three things to fix and when to come back.
It shouldn't, though expect a two to four week dip while Google recrawls. Across 27 replatforms our median return to the pre-migration organic baseline has been 34 days, and the slowest was 71. Redirect mapping, schema parity, internal link structure and Core Web Vitals are scoped as first-class deliverables, not cleanup. We freeze the redirect map before cutover, verify it against a full crawl of the old site, then monitor Search Console daily for 60 days after launch. That monitoring is included, not billed.
Audit findings land in two weeks and the quick wins usually ship in weeks three and four. A build runs 8-12 weeks from kickoff to launch and a migration 10-16. Experimentation takes about 90 days before you can read the programme rather than a single result — anyone promising a conversion lift in month one is describing seasonality, not work. Klaviyo is the fastest lane: rebuilt flows typically move revenue inside 30 days, because the audience already exists and the sends start earning the day they go live.
No. Plenty of our clients are on standard Shopify and don't need Plus yet. We'll tell you honestly when the upgrade pays for itself — usually when checkout extensibility, B2B, Shopify Markets or Functions-based discount logic becomes the constraint. Recommending a plan you don't need is an easy way to lose a client in year two.
Builds and migrations are fixed-price projects with a milestone schedule and 30 days of post-launch bug fixes included. Retainers run on a three-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No annual lock-in, no auto-renewing 12-month agreements. If the work isn't paying, the exit shouldn't be the hard part.
Mostly DTC apparel, supplements, beauty, food and beverage, home goods, pet and outdoor gear — categories with repeat purchase behavior, where retention and AOV work compounds. We take on considered-purchase and B2B-on-Shopify catalogs too. We're a poor fit for single-SKU dropshipping, gray-market resale and anything where the margin can't support a testing program.
Yes. We're remote-first with a single office in Albuquerque, and active clients in Los Angeles, Miami, Austin, Denver, Dallas, Seattle, Chicago and New York. Standard cadence is a weekly working session on video; we travel on-site for kickoffs, replatform cutovers and quarterly planning when it's warranted. We do not maintain satellite offices and won't pretend otherwise.
Service
Shopify Store Design & Development
Full service pageEight to twelve weeks for most brands, from kickoff to live. A single-catalogue store with clean product data lands closer to eight. Add subscriptions, B2B, or a multi-market rollout and you are looking at fourteen to eighteen. We give you a dated Gantt in week one and update it weekly.
We build on Shopify's Dawn reference theme and replace the sections we need. That gives you Shopify's own performance and accessibility baseline plus a codebase that survives platform updates. Premium themes carry code you will never use and cannot safely delete.
That is the point. Every content block is a native theme section with a schema your merchandiser can configure in the theme editor. You get a written guide and recorded walkthroughs. If you still need us for a homepage change, we built it wrong.

Shopify Plus & Headless Commerce
Full service pageUsually not. A well-built Liquid theme hits sub-2s LCP and costs a fraction to run. Headless earns its keep when you need a custom front-end framework, a heavy CMS-driven content layer, or interactive product configuration Liquid cannot serve. We will talk you out of it if the numbers don't hold.
No. Shopify has retired it in favour of checkout extensibility, and anything still running on it is on borrowed time. We migrate custom checkout logic into checkout UI extensions and Functions, which survive platform upgrades instead of blocking them.
For most mid-market brands, yes. Company accounts, per-company price lists, net payment terms and quantity rules cover the majority of wholesale workflows natively. Where it falls short is complex quoting and contract pricing, which we handle with Functions or a light custom app.

Replatforming & Migration to Shopify
Full service pageNot if the redirect work is done properly. We map every indexed URL one-to-one before cutover and monitor index coverage daily for sixty days after. Expect a two to four week dip while Google recrawls, then recovery. Brands that skip the URL inventory are the ones that lose rankings permanently.
Ten to sixteen weeks for a mid-market catalogue. Magento 2 with heavy customisation, B2B pricing or an ERP dependency runs sixteen to twenty-four. The catalogue cleanup phase drives the timeline far more than the theme build does.
Order history, yes, imported as historical records with line items, fulfilment status and notes intact. Password hashes cannot transfer between platforms for security reasons, so customers set a new password on first login. We handle that with a pre-launch email sequence so it lands as expected.

Conversion Rate Optimisation
Full service pageAround 40,000 sessions and 800 orders a month is where a testing programme becomes statistically viable. Below that, tests take months to reach significance and you are better served by research-led redesign work and analytics fixes. We will tell you honestly which bucket you are in.
Some do, and that is normal. A loser is still information: it rules out a hypothesis and sharpens the next one. We report losses in the same detail as wins because a programme that only ever produces winners is one that is not being measured properly.
On Shopify Plus, yes, via checkout UI extensions and Shopify Functions. On standard Shopify the checkout is locked, so we focus on cart, express payment placement, shipping thresholds and post-purchase offers, which is where most of the recoverable revenue sits anyway.
