Creative Strategy & Concepting
Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Los Angeles has no shortage of production talent — what it lacks is creative run as a measurable testing system.
Delivered remotely for brands across Los Angeles and California.
This is the one service where the local market has an obvious advantage and still gets it wrong. LA has more photographers, editors, studios, stylists and creators per square mile than anywhere in the country. Access is not the problem. The problem is that brands here produce beautiful assets on a shoot-by-shoot basis, with no naming convention, no angle taxonomy and no way to tell which concept worked — only which ad set did.
Creative fatigue now sets in around ten to fourteen days. A brand producing four assets a quarter is not competing with one producing forty a month, whatever the media buyer does. Volume is not the same as spending more; it comes from batching production, building modular assets and iterating winners rather than commissioning from zero every time.
So the work we add is process, not access. Angles get pulled from reviews and support tickets rather than invented in a room. Static, motion and UGC are produced in the ratios each platform actually needs. Every asset carries a tag so performance reports by concept and hook rather than by ad set. And the PDP photography comes out of the same brief as the ads — for an apparel brand that alignment is worth real money, because an ad promising a fit and a product page that cannot evidence it is a return waiting to be processed.
Working in Los Angeles means we can source creators, book studio time and shoot on location without the logistics premium most markets carry — a beach, a desert, a warehouse district and a canyon road are all within an hour, which is genuinely why so much commercial production still happens here. That abundance is exactly what makes LA brands complacent about structure. We have taken over creative for brands sitting on thousands of unnamed files from a dozen shoots with no idea which angle drove anything. The work we add is not access to production; it is the angle taxonomy, the naming discipline, the modular shoot planning that yields fifteen usable variants from one setup, and the reporting layer that tells you which promise your customers respond to before you book the next shoot.
The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Los Angeles brand’s realities.
Full service detailConcepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.
Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.
Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.
Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.
Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.
We do not work off a rate card. Every Los Angeles engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.
Get this scopedWe read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.
Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.
Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.
Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.
Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.
“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”
Thirty minutes with the strategist who would actually run your account. We screen-share your store, read your data live, and tell you the three highest-value things we can see from the outside.
