Creative Strategy & Concepting
Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Creative production built around the few weeks a year when the interesting things are actually happening on your land.
Delivered remotely for brands across Sacramento and California.
Most ecommerce creative can be produced any week of the year. Yours cannot. Bloom happens once, the pick happens once, the press runs for a few days, and if the camera was not there you are waiting twelve months. That single constraint should reorganise how a Valley producer approaches content: capture is seasonal and dense, editing and publishing are year-round, and the two should never be confused with each other.
The material itself is the advantage. A brand competing with a supermarket product has to invent a story; you have one on the ground, with a person in it and dirt on their hands. Provenance content — the block, the variety, why this year is different, what the weather did — outperforms polished studio work in feeds precisely because it does not look like an advertisement. It also does something paid media cannot buy: it substantiates a claim, which matters when the phrase farm-to-fork is used loosely by everyone from restaurants to national brands.
Alongside that sits the unglamorous production work stores actually need. PDP galleries with scale references, because customers consistently misjudge the size of a tin, a bottle or a gift box. Packaging shots that show how a shipment arrives, which is half of the trust decision for a perishable product. Recipe and use-case content that gives a jar of something unfamiliar a purpose. Collection imagery, gift-set photography shot before November rather than during it, and copy that carries harvest specifics without drifting into wine-list language nobody outside the trade uses.
We plan production against an agricultural calendar. Late winter gives pruning and dormancy imagery plus the studio and packaging work that needs a controlled space. Spring brings bloom, planting and the garden season your outdoor-living catalogue depends on. Summer is largely a studio and edit period, because Valley afternoons are hostile to both crews and product. Late summer into autumn is the dense window — pick, crush, press, packing shed — and that is where the bulk of the raw capture happens, timed to the harvest itself and around the region's September farm-to-fork season when there is public activity to film. Gift-season assets are shot in September, not December. Because we work remotely from Albuquerque, we plan the shot list, brief the crew and creators, and direct the edit; on-the-ground capture is scheduled deliberately rather than improvised, which is what makes a single harvest week produce a year of assets instead of a folder of unusable footage.
The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Sacramento brand’s realities.
Full service detailConcepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.
Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.
Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.
Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.
Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.
We do not work off a rate card. Every Sacramento engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.
Get this scopedWe read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.
Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.
Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.
Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.
Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.
“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”
Thirty minutes with the strategist who would actually run your account. We screen-share your store, read your data live, and tell you the three highest-value things we can see from the outside.
