Creative Strategy & Concepting
Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Creative volume and product content for categories where the craft detail is the selling argument and the language is part of the product.
Delivered remotely for brands across Paris and France.
The categories this city exports are unusually hard to photograph and unusually easy to under-sell. A leather good is bought on grain, edge finish, stitch density and hardware weight, none of which survive a white-background shot at thumbnail size. A fragrance has nothing to show at all, so the entire job falls to language, and generic language is why so many niche perfumery pages read identically. A vintage piece has to carry its own condition report as imagery, because the buyer is purchasing one specific object with one specific history and cannot compare it to another unit.
So the content work splits differently here than it does for a typical consumables brand. Product photography carries more of the conversion load and needs macro detail, scale reference, texture and honest condition, and it feeds directly into what the ads can say. Copy has to be written in French from the start rather than translated, because the vocabulary of craft, material and provenance is where a translation gives itself away fastest, and because commercial information for the French market has to be in French in any case. The two jobs belong to one team or the ad and the product page end up describing different objects.
The ad side then needs volume, because creative fatigue does not slow down for a small catalogue. Concepts mined from your own reviews and support messages in the customer's own words, produced in batches so cost per asset falls as volume rises, and tagged so results roll up by angle and hook rather than by file name. That is what lets you learn that provenance beats price for your buyers, rather than learning that one particular video did well in March.
We are not going to claim a Paris studio or a crew in the eleventh arrondissement. What we do is run production the way remote production actually works when it works: art direction, shot lists, angle development and the whole creative strategy from our side, executed either by a local crew you already use or one we brief and manage, with the review loop built around the eight-hour gap so feedback is written and specific rather than a call you waited a day for. Creator content is sourced from French creators and briefed in French, because a French-speaking creator reading a translated script is instantly audible and defeats the purpose of using one. Product photography for made-to-order and one-of-one stock is the one thing we push to batch locally and tightly, since a vintage dealer cannot ship forty unique pieces to a studio and back. We come over to start a project and once or twice a year after that, which is usually enough to set the visual system that everything else is then produced against.
The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Paris brand’s realities.
Full service detailConcepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.
Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.
Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.
Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.
Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.
We do not work off a rate card. Every Paris engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.
Get this scopedWe read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.
Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.
Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.
Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.
Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.
“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”
Thirty minutes with the strategist who would actually run your account. We screen-share your store, read your data live, and tell you the three highest-value things we can see from the outside.
