Creative Strategy & Concepting
Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Ad concepts, product photography and page content for Milan brands sitting on the best process footage in Europe and using none of it.
Delivered remotely for brands across Milan and Italy.
Milan is full of businesses whose most persuasive asset is a room they have never filmed. The bench where a frame is joined, the tannery, the finishing line at Como, the person who has cut the same panel for twenty years and can explain the difference between doing it properly and doing it fast. That footage is a demand-creation engine, and most brands here have a folder of white-background product shots and a lookbook instead. The lookbook is beautiful and it sells to people who already understand the category. It does almost nothing to a cold buyer in Munich.
The second gap is variant coverage. If your product exists in forty fabrics, nine finishes or three lasts, a single hero image is not enough for the store to function, let alone convert — buyers abandon because they cannot see the option they are considering. Producing consistent, systematically named, correctly lit variant imagery is unglamorous work and it moves more revenue on a configurable catalogue than another campaign concept does. We plan shoots so the store's needs and the ad account's needs are met in the same session rather than two budgets three months apart.
Then volume. Creative fatigue on Meta sets in inside a couple of weeks, so a brand shipping four assets a quarter is not competing with one shipping dozens a month, whatever the media buyer does. We run production as a calendar with named concepts and structured variants, tagged so performance rolls up by angle rather than by file name, and we produce the language cuts inside the same block so German and French assets are never the ones that run out first.
We are not in Italy, and pretending otherwise would be the wrong way to run a shoot. What works is a division of labour: we write the concept, the hook list, the shot list and the edit structure, and the camera is held by a local crew, a photographer you already work with, or someone on your team with a phone and clear instruction. Milan makes this unusually easy — it is a city with more freelance photographers, stylists, set builders and production people per square kilometre than almost anywhere in Europe, most of them concentrated around Tortona, Lambrate and the studios in the east, and they are used to working to a brief. During Design Week and the fashion weeks the same city becomes very expensive and fully booked, so we plan shoots well outside those windows and treat the fairs themselves as capture opportunities rather than production ones. Review happens in our live overlap late in your day, and edits come back overnight, which in practice means a shoot on Tuesday is being reviewed as cuts on Wednesday afternoon.
The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Milan brand’s realities.
Full service detailConcepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.
Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.
Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.
Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.
Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.
We do not work off a rate card. Every Milan engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.
Get this scopedWe read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.
Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.
Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.
Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.
Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.
“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”
Thirty minutes with the strategist who would actually run your account. We screen-share your store, read your data live, and tell you the three highest-value things we can see from the outside.
