Creative Strategy & Concepting
Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Ad creative and store content produced on a testing calendar, in two languages, with the volume planned around a Spanish production year.
Delivered remotely for brands across Madrid and Spain.
Creative fatigue sets in fast, and a Madrid brand running two languages is effectively running two creative pipelines against the same clock. That is the planning problem nobody accounts for until the Spanish track has four live winners and the English track has one tired asset carrying the entire export market. We plan the volume so both tracks are fed from the same production block, with the second language treated as its own set of concepts rather than a subtitle pass added at the end of the edit.
Concepts come from what customers actually say. Reviews, support tickets and the questions your sales team answers weekly are more useful than any brainstorm, and in Spain they surface objections that are specific and repeatable: how the product survives shipping in August heat, whether it arrives before Reyes, what the sizing means in a different system, what the denominación on the label actually guarantees. Each of those is a hook, and each names an angle you can track performance against over time.
The same production covers the store. Product photography with the scale references and detail shots a specification-led buyer needs, lifestyle imagery collection pages can sell from, and the copy — Spanish and English written separately — that makes the ad and the landing page look like the same brand. Splitting ad creative and store content across two suppliers is how you end up with a paid social account that promises something the product page does not deliver.
Production in Madrid has to respect two things. The first is August: crews, creators, studios and your own marketing team are away, so anything that needs people gets scheduled either side of it and the shoot list is front-loaded to keep the autumn testing calendar supplied through the gap. The second is that the city's trade calendar is a content opportunity most brands waste. The IFEMA fairgrounds out by Barajas host the sector events that matter to the categories here — gourmet food, fashion, beauty and fresh produce among them — and brands routinely spend heavily on a stand while capturing nothing usable beyond a few phone photos. A planned capture day at a fair you are already paying to attend produces founder pieces, product demonstration, trade testimonial and behind-the-scenes footage in one block, at a fraction of what the same content costs to stage. The categories themselves offer settings nowhere else does: a padel court, a harvest, a workshop, a market floor at five in the morning. We would rather shoot there than build a set that looks like every other ad in the feed.
The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Madrid brand’s realities.
Full service detailConcepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.
Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.
Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.
Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.
Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.
We do not work off a rate card. Every Madrid engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.
Get this scopedWe read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.
Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.
Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.
Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.
Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.
“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”
Thirty minutes with the strategist who would actually run your account. We screen-share your store, read your data live, and tell you the three highest-value things we can see from the outside.
