Creative Strategy & Concepting
Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
A production line of assets built from what already happens in your shop, your mill or your taproom, with a testing calendar attached.
Delivered remotely for brands across Charlotte and North Carolina.
Creative fatigue sets in around ten to fourteen days, which means the question for a Charlotte brand is not whether the brand film is good. It is whether you can put a genuinely new idea into the auction every week. A brand shipping four assets a quarter is not in the same contest as one shipping forty a month, whatever the media buyer does, and no amount of account structure closes that gap.
What makes this metro different is that the content is already happening; nobody is filming it. Billet coming off a machine, a valvetrain assembly, a chassis on jack stands at midnight before a race weekend. A knitting machine that predates the interstate running a rib. A frame being hand-sprung and a fabric cut on a table in Hickory. A brewer dry-hopping a batch. Those are proof shots, and in categories where the buyer is technical, proof outperforms polish. We set up a repeatable capture routine your own people can run — shot list, framing, lighting standard — then handle the edit, the hooks, the variants and the tagging.
Product photography here has a harder job than usual because the image often has to carry specification. A part has to be photographed so the mounting points and finish read clearly, with scale that is honest. A fabric needs macro texture and colour that survives a phone screen, because a swatch decision made on a bad photo becomes a return. Furniture needs room sets that establish scale and detail shots that justify the price. The same team produces your page content too, so an ad and the page behind it stop looking like the work of two different companies.
Content production in Charlotte works backwards from dates that will not move. Home furnishings brands need catalogue photography, room sets and detail imagery finished before High Point Market in April and October, because buyers walk the showrooms with a phone already open. Aftermarket brands need launch assets ready for the December PRI show and for SEMA in the autumn, plus a separate stream of race-weekend and AutoFair content at Charlotte Motor Speedway where the shop floor and the paddock are the set. Mill brands going direct need heritage and process content that makes eighty years of contract manufacturing legible to a consumer who has never heard the name, usually in the same window as a wholesale line opening. Breweries work to release dates. We build the production calendar around whichever of those governs your year, batch shooting so a single day at the plant yields weeks of assets, and keep a standing capture routine running in between so the testing cadence never stalls waiting on a shoot.
The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Charlotte brand’s realities.
Full service detailConcepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.
Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.
Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.
Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.
Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.
We do not work off a rate card. Every Charlotte engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.
Get this scopedWe read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.
Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.
Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.
Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.
Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.
“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”
Thirty minutes with the strategist who would actually run your account. We screen-share your store, read your data live, and tell you the three highest-value things we can see from the outside.
