Creative Strategy & Concepting
Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
A creative production line built around a city that gives you six hours of usable daylight in December and eighteen in June.
Delivered remotely for brands across Stockholm and Sweden.
Ad platforms took targeting away and handed it to the algorithm, so the remaining lever is creative — and creative fatigue arrives within roughly a fortnight at meaningful spend. A brand producing a handful of assets a quarter is not competing with one producing dozens a month, whatever the media buyer does with the budget. That is true everywhere. What is specific to Stockholm is that your production calendar is dictated by a light cycle with an extreme range, and pretending otherwise is how brands end up running last winter's photos through their biggest quarter.
So the pipeline gets planned against the year rather than against campaign requests. Late spring and summer buy you long daylight and location work — archipelago, coast, city in the light evenings — and that window has to produce not just summer assets but the autumn and lifestyle library too. September and October are when winter and Q4 assets get captured, before the days close in. From November the sensible production shifts to studio, interior, product-detail and creator-shot content, which is fine, provided that was the plan rather than the fallback.
The concepts themselves come from your customers rather than a brainstorm — reviews, support tickets, the questions your service inbox answers weekly, the objections that show up in session recordings. Static, motion and creator-shot UGC, produced in Swedish and English as separate concepts rather than one edit with the captions swapped, with named hooks and structured variants so performance rolls up by idea instead of by file name. The same work feeds the store, so the ad someone clicks and the landing page they arrive at finally look like the same brand.
Stockholm brands in interiors, lighting, homeware and outdoor gear have something most markets have to invent: a genuine, shared seasonal context that customers are living inside while they shop. Long dark evenings make lighting and home categories a year-round purchase rather than a seasonal one, which means creative that shows a product doing its job in a dim November flat outperforms a bright studio cutout for exactly the customer who is ready to buy. The same is true of technical and outdoor gear, where demonstrating layering, insulation and weather behaviour in real conditions closes a sale that a spec sheet cannot. The counterweight is that this creative has to be produced when the light and the weather allow, and the coordination for that runs across an eight-hour time difference with our office — so shot lists, briefs and asset reviews move as written handovers around a late-afternoon Stockholm call, and shoot days are planned weeks out rather than arranged on a Tuesday. The city's design calendar helps here too: the February furniture and light fair and the January and August interiors fairs generate concentrated production needs, and assets built for a stand can be re-cut for paid social and product pages if that is designed in from the brief rather than salvaged afterwards.
The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Stockholm brand’s realities.
Full service detailConcepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.
Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.
Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.
Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.
Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.
We do not work off a rate card. Every Stockholm engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.
Get this scopedWe read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.
Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.
Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.
Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.
Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.
“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”
Thirty minutes with the strategist who would actually run your account. We screen-share your store, read your data live, and tell you the three highest-value things we can see from the outside.
