Creative Strategy & Concepting
Concepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Creative for Detroit brands built out of the work already happening on your shop floor.
Delivered remotely for brands across Detroit and Michigan.
The content that sells here does not look like a lifestyle campaign. It looks like proof. A part on a bench next to the one it replaced, a weld that will not crack, a coating that survived four winters, a technician showing why a bolt pattern matters. Detroit buyers — enthusiast and trade alike — are unusually good at spotting a product shot taken by someone who has never done the job, and they discount everything that follows.
Which is fortunate, because the raw material is already on site. A lift, a press, a CNC cell and a person who can explain a failure mode is a better content studio than most brands can buy. We build a production rhythm around it: batch capture sessions that yield several named concepts at once, multiple hooks cut from each, install and teardown sequences, before-and-after on real salt damage, and comparison content that names the alternative honestly rather than gesturing at it.
Alongside video, the catalog needs imagery that does technical work. Consistent scale references, the mounting face and connector detail buyers actually inspect, exploded and application diagrams that answer a question a paragraph cannot, and photography specified so a 40,000-SKU catalog stays visually coherent as it grows. Copy follows the same standard: specifications stated, applications listed, and claims you can stand behind in front of a shop foreman.
Producing content in this metro has practical constraints worth planning for. Outdoor and vehicle shoots are effectively seasonal — grey skies, salt spray and a car that will not stay clean for ten minutes make November through March hostile to anything needing daylight or a presentable finish — so we bank exterior and vehicle footage in autumn and spring and schedule bench, shop-floor and studio work for the winter blocks. Show season gives you the other free asset: Autorama and the Woodward Dream Cruise put more customer vehicles and real conversations in one place than any planned shoot, and a brand that turns up with a plan and release forms leaves with a year of social material. For Dearborn retailers and specialty grocers, there is a further requirement most producers ignore — content in Arabic as well as English, with imagery that reflects the actual customer rather than a translated caption pasted under a stock photo. We plan those as parallel productions rather than a localisation step at the end.
The same standard of work we run for every client — applied to a Detroit brand’s realities.
Full service detailConcepts built from customer reviews, support tickets and competitor teardowns, organised into named angles you can track performance against over time.
Twenty to forty static, motion and UGC assets a month in the aspect ratios each platform needs, structured for hook, format and angle testing.
Creator briefing, sourcing and management for authentic testimonial, unboxing and demo content, with usage rights secured for paid media.
Studio and lifestyle shoots covering PDP galleries, scale references, detail shots and the in-context imagery collection pages need to sell.
Product descriptions, collection copy, landing pages and email design written against the same positioning as the ads driving traffic to them.
Results rolled up by concept, hook and format so you learn which angles work, not just which files did. Winners get iterated, losers get retired.
We do not work off a rate card. Every Detroit engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.
Get this scopedWe read your reviews, support tickets and post-purchase survey responses. The best hooks are already written by your customers in their own words.
Customer language becomes five to eight named angles, each with a clear promise and objection to answer. Angles get tested before production scales.
Studio shoots, creator content and motion design produced in monthly batches so cost per asset drops as volume rises.
Assets ship into a structured testing calendar with consistent naming, so performance can be read by concept and hook rather than by ad ID.
Winning angles get new hooks, formats and cuts. Fatigued assets get refreshed before performance decays instead of after.
“Same four ads had been running since January and our CPMs climbed every month we left them up. They shipped about thirty assets in the first month, and the part that mattered was the tagging — we could finally read performance by angle instead of by file name. Fitment anxiety beat every discount ad we have ever run. We would not have guessed that in a hundred brainstorms.”
Thirty minutes with the strategist who would actually run your account. We screen-share your store, read your data live, and tell you the three highest-value things we can see from the outside.
