Marketplace Management in Miami, FL

Amazon and TikTok Shop will sell your resortwear to people who will never learn your name — so we run them as the introduction and keep the second order on the store you own.

Delivered remotely for brands across Miami and Florida.

Why Miami brands come to us for this

  • Variation and parentage rebuilt so a full swim or resort size run pools reviews on one listing instead of a dozen orphans
  • Third-party offers on your own ASINs traced back to the distribution channel that created them, then closed with Brand Registry and written terms
  • Supplement and skincare listings brought to Amazon's category documentation standard before spend goes anywhere near them
  • FBA against merchant-fulfilled decided per SKU on size tier, return rate and whether a Florida 3PL can be relied on in September
  • TikTok Shop catalogue and creator seeding run where the product demonstrates on video, which in this city is most of the beauty shelf

Most Miami brands do not need to be talked into marketplaces. They are already on Amazon, usually because a distributor put them there, sometimes because a Doral trading partner did it without asking, and almost always with a catalogue nobody has touched since it was uploaded. The channel produces revenue and nobody can say what it costs, because the referral fee, the FBA size tier, the return rate on a swim size run and the storage bill all sit in four different reports. Our first job is to turn that into one number per SKU.

The second job is the one specific to this city: deciding what a marketplace is allowed to be for you. Amazon's North America account covers the US, Canada and Mexico from one registration; Brazil is a separate country, a separate registration and a separate decision, and plenty of Miami brands sell south far more effectively through their own Shopify Markets storefront than through a Portuguese-language marketplace listing they cannot service. We would rather tell you that than sell you a fourth channel. Where the marketplace does earn its place, it earns it as discovery — a buyer in Ohio meets a Wynwood label for the first time, and everything after that should happen on your site.

Then the work itself. Variation parentage rebuilt so tops, bottoms and every size in a resort run pool their reviews on one parent instead of scattering across orphan listings. Supplement and skincare listings brought into line with what Amazon actually requires of the category, which for dietary supplements means lab documentation, not a resubmission. Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands rebuilt against contribution per unit after fees. And package inserts offering registration, Brand Registry tools and permitted follow-up doing the honest work of turning a marketplace buyer into someone you can actually reach.

Local context

Doral makes other people the seller of your product

Miami's re-export and distribution trade is a genuine commercial asset and a genuine marketplace liability. Product bought at wholesale in Doral for the Latin American channel has a habit of reappearing as a third-party offer on your own ASIN — priced under you, shipped merchant-fulfilled, out of date on packaging, and holding the buy box on the SKU you were about to advertise. That is not a bidding problem and no amount of Sponsored Products fixes it. It is Brand Registry, Transparency where the unit economics justify serialisation, a distribution agreement that names the channel, and a MAP position you are actually willing to enforce. The seasonal layer matters too: this is a winter-high-season city selling into a national market whose swim and resort demand peaks in spring, so the FBA inbound plan and the storage exposure sit out of phase with your own store's calendar. Add hurricane season, when a merchant-fulfilled SKU is only as reliable as a Florida 3PL that may be closed, and the FBA-versus-FBM split becomes a resilience decision rather than a cost one.

Full service detail
01

Catalogue & Listing Rebuild

Titles, bullets, backend search terms, variation parentage and category nodes rebuilt across Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, TikTok Shop and Walmart. Suppressions and stranded inventory fixed at the cause, not resubmitted.

02

Brand Registry, A+ & Brand Story

Brand Registry enrolment, A+ and Premium A+ modules, Brand Story and Storefront pages built to each platform's image and copy specs. Produced inside this service because the formats are fixed.

03

Sponsored Products, Brands & Display

Campaigns split by intent and margin band, converting search terms promoted to exact, negatives maintained weekly, and targets set from contribution margin instead of a category average.

04

Fulfilment & Fee Economics

FBA against FBM modelled per SKU on size tier, storage, return rate and reimbursement recovery. Some products should never enter a fulfilment centre, and we name which of yours.

05

TikTok Shop & Creator Seeding

Catalogue sync, listing compliance, sample seeding to affiliates, and live and video commerce, run as a mechanic of this channel rather than as a separate affiliate programme.

06

Channel Strategy & the Route Back

SKU allocation, MAP and pricing alignment, marketplace-only bundles and pack sizes, plus the permitted paths home: package inserts, Brand Registry tools and platform-allowed follow-up.

Scoped and quoted for your Miami store

We do not work off a rate card. Every Miami engagement starts with a fixed statement of work — named deliverables, named dates, one number — written after we have looked at your store, not before. If a smaller first step would serve you better, we will say so.

How it runs

From kickoff to results

01

Account & Catalogue Audit

Listing quality, suppressions, buy-box history, variation structure, the fee and returns reports and ninety days of search terms. You get the findings whether you hire us or not.

02

Fix the Listings

Parentage, titles, backend terms, imagery and A+ rebuilt before any spend moves. Advertising a listing that converts badly buys traffic for whoever else is in the carousel.

03

Draw the Channel Lines

Which SKUs sell where, at what price, in what pack size, agreed with you in writing. The marketplace should not be bidding against your own store for the same order.

04

Advertise to Margin

Sponsored campaigns rebuilt by intent and margin band, with ACoS and TACoS targets derived from contribution per unit after referral, fulfilment and return costs.

05

Compound & Route Back

Weekly search-term mining, monthly fee and reimbursement review, and the insert and registry mechanics that give a marketplace buyer a reason to reorder on your site.

FAQ

Marketplace Channel in Miami — your questions

Partly, and honestly the leverage is upstream of Amazon. Brand Registry gives you the reporting tools and, for the right categories, Transparency lets you serialise units so unauthorised stock is refused at the fulfilment centre. But the durable fix is finding which wholesale or export account is feeding them and writing channel restrictions into that relationship. We map the offers back to their source rather than filing takedowns forever.

Mexico is cheap to test because it runs on your existing North America account, so the real questions are freight, returns handling and whether your listing copy has been properly written in Spanish rather than machine-translated. Brazil is a separate registration with its own import and tax reality, and for most Miami brands the better route south is your own Shopify storefront with landed cost handled at checkout. Marketplaces are rented shelf space in every country, and renting a shelf you cannot service is worse than not being there.

It does if the pricing and the pack sizes are identical, which is the situation most brands drift into. We set marketplace-specific pack sizes and bundles, hold a MAP position across channels, and keep your newest drops off the marketplace until the wholesale season has run. Faire is the more interesting channel for the boutique side anyway, and retailers you introduce to it yourself do not carry commission.

We run from Albuquerque and work Miami hours, which costs us two hours at the start of the day and nothing at the end of it. Suppressions, buy-box loss and stranded inventory get checked on a fixed weekly cadence rather than whenever somebody notices a sales dip, and case work with Seller Support does not depend on anybody being in the same city as your warehouse. We will fly in for kickoff and quarterly planning; the rest of this job is done inside the account.

It can, and that is the failure mode we manage against rather than pretend away. Marketplaces are rented shelf space: the platform owns the shopper, sets the fees and can change both without asking. We use them for the thing they are genuinely good at, which is putting your product in front of people who have never heard of you, then arrange pack sizes, bundles and pricing so the reorder has a reason to happen on your own store.

Not directly, and treat anyone who promises it as a liability. Amazon does not give sellers the buyer's email address, and mining order reports to build a marketing list breaks their terms. The legitimate routes are package inserts offering registration, warranty or a refill incentive, Brand Registry tools such as Customer Engagement and Brand Tailored Promotions that reach your followers inside Amazon, and Buy with Prime on your own storefront where the economics hold. Slower, and it survives an audit.

Google and Meta buy traffic for a store you control. A marketplace is a sales channel with its own search engine, its own ad auction, its own fulfilment network and its own fee schedule. The reporting never reconciles with your Shopify numbers, the failure modes are suppression and buy-box loss rather than creative fatigue, and nothing means anything until the unit economics are modelled after fees.
